Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and configure ServiceNow. 

Key Requirements:

• Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Develop and manage Service Portal components, ensuring a seamless user experience for stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ensure optimal performance and functionality of ITOM processes across the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with ITSM (IT Service Management), development, and infrastructure teams to align ITOM with business objectives and workflows.
• Develop and execute integration plans to link ITOM with external systems, tools, and environments.
• Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing the ITOM processes.
• Lead and support ServiceNow ITOM-related upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
• Design automation workflows for IT operations and improve operational efficiency.
• Create and manage custom workflows within the Service Portal to improve IT self-service capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience  
• Certifications in ServiceNow is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment.
