Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced PEGA Developer(Decision Consultant).  

Job Requirements:

 Work within a Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) squad to understand the business issues and translate the business requirements for campaign activities into technical requirements for Pega CDH and our marketing tools.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Technology to gather and prioritise requirements and ensure alignment.

Guide and educate business stakeholders on the capabilities of Pega CDH and our in-house marketing platforms

Help stakeholders determine the potential value associated with Next Best action using Pega CDH features including scenario planner, action performance tracker etc.

Document technical requirements in Pega 1:1 Operations Manager

Coordinate with Technical teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities across development, testing and deployment.

Work closely with our channel teams across assisted and digital to support the creation of channel briefs.

Support the business users to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment.
