Job Summary:

We are currently seeking experienced Oracle Fusion Developers.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting tools: OTBI and BI Publisher
• Hands on experience in creating complex dashboards/graphical reports using OTBI and BIP tools
• Strong understanding of HCM data structures and HR processes.
• Extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absences, Benefits, Recruitment, Separation, Learn, Talent.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL for reporting purposes.
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas and experience in creating custom formulas within Oracle HCM is a plus.
• Working experience of Azure DevOps for managing user stories & defects is a plus

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment.
