Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Network Operations Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure..

Job Requirements:

• Monitor network performance and manage incidents through ticketing tools and customer requests.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolution of network issues related to routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and security gateways.
• Analyze alarms and alerts to proactively identify and mitigate network faults.
• Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution and escalation management.
• Provide remote support to onsite engineers for diagnosing and fixing infrastructure issues.
• Execute change requests, including configuration updates and maintenance activities.
• Ensure minimal downtime by taking timely and effective decisions during network outages.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and network changes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Experience in alarm monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
• Good understanding of network operations and maintenance processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification such as CCNA/CCNP (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working in a NOC environment.
• Knowledge of network security concepts.
