Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Mining Domain consultant. 

Job Requirements:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on open pit mining operations, including mine planning, design, mine control and optimization.
• Provides inputs around assessment of client operations and comes up with proactive proposals
• Provide expert advice and guidance around various IT & OT systems used in open pit mining operations
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Provide and curate training and understanding of FMS in open pit mining (mainly iron ore)
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement IT solutions for mine plans, including pit design, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Possess good knowledge around mining fleet management solutions and provides advise / guidance around product solutions around the same
• Analyse data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance client knowledge and skills.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment.
