Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Anaplan Architect. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan Applications. 

Job Requirements:

• Lead the architecture and design of Anaplan models and modules that align with real estate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into functional Anaplan solutions, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Design models tailored for real estate KPIs, asset management, portfolio analysis, and property-level forecasting.
• Develop processes to streamline lease modeling, revenue projections, property expense forecasting, and asset lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Real Estate, and IT teams to gather requirements, understand data flows, and implement Anaplan solutions that drive insights and informed decision-making.
• Work with end-users to refine models and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes between Anaplan and other core systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) to ensure accurate and timely data updates.
• Enforce data governance standards, ensuring data integrity and consistency within Anaplan and connected platforms.
• Continuously optimize Anaplan models for performance, including model size, calculation logic, and data flows, to ensure speed and reliability.
• Implement and share best practices for Anaplan usage and model-building within the team, adhering to industry and platform standards.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to users and junior team members to foster Anaplan expertise within the organization.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Anaplan in the real estate domain, advising on new features, trends, and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work in a team environment.
