Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-impact AI professional with 5+ years of experience who can move beyond AI theory and deliver real business outcomes through Agentic AI and intelligent workflow automation.

Job Requirements:

• ead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven business workflows across enterprise functions such as:
  • Sales
  • Finance
  • Operations
  • Customer Support
  • Business Process Automation
• Apply Agentic AI principles to build intelligent systems that can:
  • reason across tasks,
  • orchestrate workflows,
  • make context-aware decisions,
  • and automate multi-step business processes.
• Identify high-value use cases where AI can improve productivity, accuracy, speed, forecasting, decision support, and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with business leaders and functional stakeholders to translate operational pain points into AI-enabled solutions.
• Design and deploy AI use cases such as:
  • AI copilots for business teams
  • workflow automation agents
  • AI assistants for reporting and analysis
  • sales intelligence and lead qualification
  • finance automation and decision support
  • cross-functional business process orchestration
• Build and operationalize AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems, CRMs, ERPs, ticketing tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Drive AI initiatives from:
  • strategy
  • use-case identification
  • solution design
  • pilot execution
  • deployment
  • business adoption
  • value realization
• Work closely with engineering, product, business, data, and leadership teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Define success metrics and track the business impact of AI initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, platforms, and orchestration approaches suitable for enterprise adoption.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, practical, secure, and aligned with business goals.
• Support organizational AI maturity by enabling stakeholders with best practices, frameworks, and implementation guidance.

Required Skill

• 5+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
  • AI Solutions / AI Consulting
  • Digital Transformation
  • Business Technology
  • Product / Program Management
  • Intelligent Automation
  • Enterprise Technology Enablement
• Demonstrated experience in implementing AI use cases in real business environments, not just conceptual or experimental projects.
• Experience working directly with business functions such as Sales, Finance, Operations, or Customer Experience.
• Python / JavaScript / SQL (preferred but not mandatory depending on role)
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Data pipelines / analytics workflows
• Low-code / no-code automation ecosystems
• AI observability / evaluation tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• MBA / Product / Transformation / AI certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in:
  • consulting
  • enterprise transformation
  • SaaS
  • B2B platforms
  • shared services / enterprise operations
• Exposure to change management and AI adoption strategy is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or a related field.
